If you are not satisfied with your mattress anytime within 365 days of your original purchase, we will replace your bed with something that may fit your sleeping habits better (cost may vary). If you’re not completely satisfied after the recommended 45 day trial period, we credit you 100% of your purchase towards another model. If there is a difference between the new model, you will only be charged the difference (no restocking fees).
One exchange or return of mattress and box spring only per customer. A minimum delivery charge will be charged for all exchanges or returns. Frames, pillows, mattress protectors, delivery charges, special orders, adjustable bases, and stained or soiled product are not included in our Happiness Guarantee.
